EXHIBIT "A"
- Shore power for Boats must be plugged into designated receptacles only. Do not plug Boats into 120 volt receptacles marked not for shore power. These are ground faulted receptacles to be used for tools and equipment on the dock. Use of these receptacles for Boat shore power can make them unsafe when being used for tools on the dock.
- Main walkways and fingers must be kept clear of all obstacles (i.e., iceboxes equipment, food, and gear).
- Water supply hoses and power cables must be run under the deck. At no time should they be laid across a main walk or finger.
- All power cables and their connectors must be kept in safe working order, with no patches. Spot lights may not be used within the Marina perimeter.
- No unattended children (age 15 or below) are allowed on the Marina.
- Garbage must be placed in designated locations.
- Garbage must be contained in plastic sacks that will not tear when loading.
- No garbage generated outside the Marina will be brought on site or placed in the Marina dumpster.
- No swimming, diving, or fishing from the Marina.
- Pets may be brought to the Land or Marina only if the following conditions are observed:
- Pets are limited to domestic dogs or cats.
- All pets must be on a leash or held while on the Marina.
- At no time shall a pet be left unattended.
- All pets must have current vaccinations and tags.
- No dog or cat shall be brought, if such dog or cat has a tendency to bite, bark, growl, or otherwise display irritating or ferocious characteristics.
- The dog or cat shall not defecate or urinate upon the Land or the Marina. If such does occur, the owner shall immediately clean and wash the spot of defecation or urination and deposit same in refuse cans.
- No bright lights will be allowed on the Marina.
- Awnings, small water craft or equipment may not be attached to the roof columns or Marina structure unless authorized in writing by the Lessor.
- No lockers, decks, furniture, or structural member may be placed upon a dock or walkways.
- The Boat Owner who signs the Lease is responsible for his/her guest's conduct. Any violation of these Rules or the Lease by a guest is equivalent to a violation by the Boat Owner.
- Jet skis or personal water craft may not be parked in the Parking Lot or the Marina slip without written permission from the Lessor.
- Handicapped persons may park at designated spaces if the driver or a passenger is handicapped and the vehicle is a legally marked, handicap vehicle.
- Due to limited parking, only one vehicle per slip may park in the Reserved Parking Lot. All others should use the overflow parking areas.
- Campers, Boat trailers, and large trucks must not park in the Parking Lot.
- The only Boat that may be parked in a slip is the Boat identified on the slip Lease. Any changes or additional water craft must be authorized in writing by Lessor.
- No offensive language, loud music, or nudity is allowed on the Marina or the Land.
- No physical violence will be tolerated.
- Personnel that you bring onto the Marina to repair or maintain your Boat must be covered by liability insurance that includes coverage for damage caused by them to the Marina or other Boats. A certificate of insurance is required by Lessor before work can commence. All must register at the marina office before proceeding onto the docks. All work must be done during normal business hour.
- Gasoline containers may not be placed on the Marina deck or fingers. Water craft may not be refueled within a Boat Slip.
- No hazardous materials may be stored on the Marina.
- No open flame (charcoal, wood burning) cookers are allowed on marina premises. Only propane cookers are permitted. No unsecured propane bottles are permitted on docks.
- All water craft in the Marina must comply with Federal and State laws including registration, clean water act inspections and safety requirements.
- Boat Owner shall not place, play, or permit any radio, television, loudspeaker, or amplifier in or around the Slip or the Manna, where same can be seen or heard from outside the Boat. Boat Owner shall not place an antenna or other projection on the Boat, Slip, or Marina.
- No fireworks or firearms are permitted on marina property, land or docks.
